• Responsible for Patient Check-outJointly responsible for patient appointment scheduling
• Additional responsibilities include scheduling patients for follow-up visits, checking to see that co-pay for the office visit(where appropriate) has been collected per mandated agreement with insurance carrier
• Sending patient encounter form to billing for appropriate coding and submission of claims to insurance carrier
• Coordinating  audiological visits the day of service
